基于AMESim支架液压系统分析

摘    要:通过对乳化液特性、液压元件压力流量特性等参数的分析与测定,针对某一支架的液压系统,建立AMESim模型,得出支架降-移-升的循环时间,并对结果进行分析,得出影响支架降-移-升的循环时间的因素,为液压系统阀和进、回液管路通径等的选取提供依据。

Abstract:After analyzing and measuring the characteristics of emulsion and the pressure-flow characteristics of the hydraulic components, the AMESim model of the hydraulic system of a support was established, and the cycle time of lowering-advancing-setting(LAS) of the support was obtained. And then, the results were analyzed, and the factors affecting LAS cycle time were identified. The study offered reference for the selection of the valve, the diameter of return hose of the hydraulic system etc.
