摘    要:陕西夏家店金矿上下盘围岩稳固性较差,属于难采矿体。原采用空场法和崩落法试采,贫化损失率高达20%~40%,采出矿石品位低,资源利用率低,技术指标与经济效益差。为了降低采矿的损失贫化率,提高经济效益,选用上向水平分层进路充填采矿法,有效减少采矿过程中的矿石损失,回采率达94%,贫化率为6%;采场布置简单,减少采准切割工程量,节省工程费用,缩短采场准备周期,降低采矿综合成本;简化回采工艺,提高劳动生产率,降低生产或非生产性材料的消耗,实现低成本生产;提高资源利用率,延长矿山生产年限的同时,提高矿山经济效益,符合当前绿色矿山建设的要求。

Abstract:The stability of the upper and lower surrounding rock of Xiajiadian Gold Mine in Shaanxi Province is weak,it belongs to difficult to mine ore body.The test mining operation is conducted by adopting open stope method and caving method,the depletion loss rate is as high as 20%~ 40%,the ore grade is low,utilization rate of resources is low,and the technical and economic benefits are poor.In order to reduce the mining loss and dilution rate and improve economic efficiency,the upward horizontal slicing and filling method is adopted,the ore loss in the mining process is reduced effectively,the recovery rate is 94%,the dilution rate is 6%.The stope layout is simple,which could reduce the amount of preparatory cutting work,save the engineering cost,shorten the preparation period of stope and reduce the comprehensive cost of mining,besides that,the stoping process is simplified,labor productivity is improved,the consumption of productive or non productive materials is reduced and the low cost production is realized.The upward horizontal slicing and filling method could also improve the utilization rate of resources and prolong the production life of mines,at the same time,the mine economic benefits is increased,which meets the requirements of green mine construction at present.
