某晶质铀矿扩大连续重选试验研究

摘    要:为给某晶质铀矿选矿厂建厂设计提供技术依据,在实验室小型试验确定的重选联合流程基础上进行了扩大选矿试验,确定扩大选矿过程中各工艺参数为: 预先湿筛筛孔2 mm、一段磨矿后检查筛筛孔1 mm、二段磨矿后检查筛筛孔0.2 mm,尼尔森选矿机重力值100G、累计给矿量400 kg、矿浆浓度30%(即补加水量1.5 m3/h),在该工艺参数下阶段磨矿效果良好,晶质铀矿解离充分,铀生产指标良好。进行了两段磨矿-尼尔森选矿-螺旋选矿-摇床选矿的扩大连续选矿试验,可以得到品位2.35%、回收率88.42%的铀精矿,该工艺富集效果良好,扩大试验与小试结果相吻合,工艺稳定可行。

Abstract:In order to provide technical basis for the plant design of a uraninite concentrator, a pilot test was carried out based on a combined gravity separation process determined by the batch test, and the operation parameters were optimized. With the aperture sizes of 2 mm, 1 mm and 0.2 mm, respectively, for the wet preliminary screening, the controlled screening of the 1st grinding and the controlled screening of the 2nd grinding, the gravity value of 100G for the Nelson concentrator, the cumulative ore feed of 400 kg and the pulp concentration of 30% (replenishing water at 1.5 m3/h),the ore can be effectively milled by the stage-grinding process, the uraninite can be sufficiently disassociated and good beneficiation index can be obtained. The pilot test adopted a flowsheet of two stages of grinding, Nelson beneficiation, spiral chute separation and shake table separation produced a uranium concentrate grading 2.35% U at a recovery of 88.42%. The enrichment effect of the process is excellent and the results of the batch test and the pilot test are consistent, indicating the process is stable and feasible.
