摘    要:介绍了采煤机导向滑靴耐磨性的研究现状,提出采用深冷处理工艺对导向滑靴耐磨层进行处理,改善耐磨性。试验探究了深冷温度及保温时间2个因素对导向滑靴耐磨性的影响,采取控制变量法,并通过观察金相组织,测量硬度及摩擦磨损试验,来测定不同条件下,深冷处理后试样的耐磨性能,从而为新工艺的制定提供理论依据。

Abstract:The paper introduced the research status about wear resistance of the guide shoe of the shearer, and proposed to treat the wear-resisting layer of the guide shoe with cryogenic treatment technology so as to improve its wear resistance. In test, the influence of two factors involving cryogenic temperature and holding duration on the wear resistance of the guide shoe was explored. The control variable method was applied and the metallographic structure was observed to measure the hardness and the friction wear, so as to test the wear resistance of the cryogenic treated sample at various conditions, which offered theoretical reference for the formulation of new process.
