露天矿用移动软电缆使用维护及接头处理措施

露天矿山主体设备电铲、牙轮钻机随着采掘位置变化而变化，其供电电缆使用矿用移动式软电缆。该电缆在使用过程中会随着设备移动而拖拽移动。为了减少电缆移动过程中，由于其自身长度、质量以及与地面、石块摩擦等原因，电缆内芯及外皮受到不同程度损伤的现象，从技术、管理两个方面对电缆使用进行维护和规范。规范电缆维护使用后，电缆接头采用硫化处理等措施可以大大减少电缆损伤程度，提高电缆使用寿命和供电可靠性。

Operation and Maintenance of Mobile Flexible Cable Used in Open pit Mine and Its Joint Treatment Measures
