摘    要:目前,矿井主立井提升系统中提升机、装载站、卸载站已具备自动、手动、检修3种运行方式,改造的目的是要实现无人值守的、三者集中统一的远程集中监控。本着"自动化减人、机械化换人"的理念,分别对提升机、装卸载集控站、装载站、卸载站和远程集控站的电控系统进行自动化改造,实现了无人值守、减员增效的目的,并可通过互联网,实现异地的系统监测、监控和数据分析。

Abstract:At present,the hoist,loading station and unloading station of the hoisting system in main shaft have three operation modes such as automatic,manual and maintenance,the transformation goal was to realize the unmanned watching and remote centralized monitor integrating the above three modes.Based on the concept of ’staff reduction on automation and staff switch on mechanization’,the electric control system of the hoist,the electric control system of loading and unloading centralized control station,the electric control system of loading station,the electric control system of unloading station and the remote centralized control station were transformed,thus the unmanned watching,staff reduction and efficiency improvement realized.Moreover,remote inspection,monitor and data analysis realized via internet.
