程潮铁精矿降低Al2O3含量试验研究

摘    要:由于程潮矿业公司成品球团Al2O3含量超标,影响了成品球团的销售。为了降低铁精矿Al2O3含量,在工艺矿物学分析的基础上进行了磨矿—弱磁选试验。结果表明,微细粒磁铁矿与含铝矿物连生体的存在是导致程潮铁精矿Al2O3含量超标的主要原因;适当提高磨矿细度和降低磁场强度均能降低铁精矿Al2O3含量,其中,磁场强度为105.89 kA/m,磨矿细度为-0.076 mm占80%时,精矿Al2O3含量为1.06%,铁回收率为97.27%;磁场强度为113.85 kA/m,磨矿细度为-0.076 mm占85%时,精矿Al2O3含量为1.02%,铁回收率为97.98%。

Abstract:Because the content of Al2O3 in the finished pellets of Chengchao Mining Company exceeded the standard,it affected the sales of finished pellets.In order to reduce the Al2O3 content of the iron concentrate,grinding low intensity magnetic separation process is performed based on the mineralogy analysis.Results show that the presence of aggregated fine magnetite and aluminum bearing minerals is the main reason for Al2O3 content out of limit.The Al2O3 content of iron concentrate can be reduced via increasing the grinding fineness and reducing of the intensity of magnetic field.1.06% of Al2O3 content was achieved when the intensity of magnetic field was controlled at 105.89 kA/m and the grinding finenessof -0.076 mm accounted for 80%,with an iron recovery of 97.27%.Moreover,when the intensity of magnetic field was 113.85 kA/m with the grinding fineness of -0.076 mm for 85%,the Al2O3 content was 102% and iron recovery was 9798%.
