某矿深部矿井通风系统设计与优化

摘    要:针对广西某矿105号矿体-200 m以下深部井巷供风量不足、风量分配不均、漏风加剧、风阻变大等问题,利用专业通风软件Ventsim三维通风仿真系统对该深部矿井进行了建模和通风网络优化设计。对矿井通风最困难时期进行通风网络解算,通过建立新通风巷道、改进主扇参数、添加局扇等手段,使得主扇效率达到80.1%,各井巷风量达到设计要求,为实际通风系统建设提供了数据支持。

Abstract:In order to solve the problems of insufficient air supply,uneven air distribution,intensified air leakage and increased air resistance in deep shaft and roadway below a certain height of 200 m in Guangxi,the modeling and optimization design of ventilation network of the deep mine were carried out by using Ventsim 3d ventilation simulation system,a professional ventilation software.The ventilation network was calculated in the most difficult period of mine ventilation.By means of establishing new ventilation roadway,replacing main fan parameters,and adding local fan,the efficiency of the main fan reached 80.1%,and the air flow in each shaft reached the design requirements,which provided data support for the actual ventilation design.
