| 摘 要： | 汽轮发电机的轴承箱及油挡渗漏油的缺陷是威胁电力工业安全生产的重大隐患之一,特别是老型高温高压机组,油挡多、热工引出线多等诸多因素易造成渗漏油现象,既影响了文明生产,又易于发生火灾事故(在汽轮机高温区更是危险),据统计汽轮发电机组的火灾绝大部分都是由于渗漏油引起。通过对渗漏油原因的分析,并结合本厂的处理措施作出进一步的探讨。

| Abstract: | Objections on turbine generator oil leakage of gear box and oil sealing ring are serious hidden troubles for power plant.Especially for the old style,high temperature and high pressure units,there have more chance on oil leakage accident.Because this kind of unites have more lead-out wires and oil sealing rings and so on.That features not only against enlightened production,but also easy to cause fire accident(especially in high temperature areas).According to the statistical most turbine fire accidents are caused by oil leakage accident.Bases on the experiences at the power plant,this paper gives the further discussion and analysis about oil leakage. |
