高温度梯度定向凝固温度场的实验测定及微机数据处理

摘    要:本文简介了自制高性能,高温度梯度定向凝固实验装置和技术。给出一种实验测定高温度梯度定向凝固,液、固相区温度场的新方法,并研制了实验数据转换和处理的计算程序。本方法不仅提高了温场的测量精度,而且还大大提高了实验数据的处理速度。通过误差分析,论证了本方法可显著地提高界面液相温度梯度的测量精度。

Abstract:The technique and self-made apparatus of high gradient direc-tional solidifi cation is briefly introduced, A method to measure the tem-peraturefield both in liquid and solid sections of specimen during high temperature gradient directional Solidication is put forward, and the software for converting and processing the experimental data is developed, so as toachieve precise and laborsaving determination of the high gradient temperaue fied T(x,t) as well as the liquid temperature gradient at the S/Linterface position G_L~*. The experimental errors are also discussed.
