阿联酋与中国混凝土配合比设计方法所设计的C40混凝土的比较

摘    要:本文系统介绍了阿联酋混凝土组成原材料的性能,对比分析了我国与阿联酋的混凝土配合比设计方法。根据国内混凝土配合比设计和阿联酋当地配合比设计方法,分别设计两组C40混凝土,测定混凝土7d和28d抗压强度。为了改善当地燥热环境下混凝土早期开裂严重和坍落度损失快的现象,在混凝土中掺加了SAP,测定其对强度和坍落度的影响。结果显示。阿联酋混凝土配合比中水胶比相对较小,减水剂用量较大;掺矿渣掺合料的配合比中矿渣掺量非常高,混凝土粘聚性较强,不易于施工操作;混凝土中粉煤灰掺量一般较小。混凝土中掺SAP对掺矿渣混凝土强度没有降低,对掺粉煤灰混凝土强度稍有降低,而对混凝土初始坍落度有所提高。

Comparison to C40 concrete designed by mix proportions of concrete of UAE and China
Abstract:The raw materials performance of concrete in UAE is introduced systematically and the concrete mix design is compared between China and UEA in this paper. Two sets of C40 concrete was designed respectively according to the mix design methods of UAE and China and the compressive strengths were determined at the age of 7 days and 28 days. In order to improve the serious early cracking and rapid slump loss of concrete in the local hot and dry environment, super absorbent polymer was mixed in concrete and its impact on strength and slump was determined. The results show that the water binder ratio of concrete mix is smaller and the dosage of water reducer is larger in UAE. The content of slag is very high and this makes the concrete cohesively and construct difficultly, the content of fly ash is generally low. Mixed with SAP in concrete, the compressive strength did not reduce for slag concrete but decreased slightly for fly ash concrete, while the initial slump of both concrete was increased.
