摘 要: | 电磁抹拭能有效的控制过渡层的厚度,通过不同镀件及不同厚度的过渡层对基材力学性能的影响,探索过渡层在不同用途下的最适当选择。结果表明,疏松的束状铁锌化合物能有效提升耐蚀性能,对材料力学性能略有影响,但是对于附着力影响很小。

Abstract: | Electromagnetic wiping can effectively control the thickness of transition layer, through different plating and different thickness of transition layer on the mechanical properties of the substrate effect,exploration of transition layer in different uses under the most appropriate choice.The results show that,loose bundle iron zinc compounds can effectively improve the corrosion resistance, on the mechanical properties of the composite was slightly influenced,but have little effect for adhesion. |
