大庆馏分油脱蜡脱油工艺

上海高桥石油化工公司炼油厂３号酮苯脱蜡脱油装置的设计是在总结各炼油厂酮苯脱蜡脱油装置操作经验并综合近几十年来酮苯脱蜡脱油装置设计和节能改造经验的基础上进行的。这套装置以处理减压三线原料为主，采用一段脱蜡、二段脱油工艺。其主要产品为半精蜡、全精蜡、各种牌号润滑油（７５ＳＮ、１００ＳＮ、２５０ＳＮ）及催化裂化原料。工艺特点为：多点稀释；蜡下油液循环；多效蒸发。两年来的实践证明：装置的工艺流程比较先进、可靠、完善；主要产品润滑油和食品蜡能满足市场需要，尤其食品蜡含油量比较低；经济效益显著．经测算，年销售收入３２６４８万元，创利税９４９７万元。

DEWAXING AND DEOILING PROCESS FOR DAQING DISTILLATE OIL

The design of the 3# acetone-benzol dewaxing unit in the refinery of Gaoqiao Petrochemical Company was based on the experience of operation,design and energy conservation transform ofa number of acetone-benzol dewaxing units in other refineries.The first stage dewaxing and the secondstage deoiling technology was adopted for processing mainly the third vacuum side stream feedstock.Themain products are semi-refined wax,refined wax,several grades of lube oil(75SN,100SN and 200SN)and FCC feedstock.the characteristics of the technology are:multi-point dilution of the solvent,circulatingthe wax deoiling oil,and adjusting the pressure,temperadture and evaporation percentage of the evaporatingcolumns,Thisdesign has proven to bu successful,reliable and economical,The lube oiland the food grade was products allmeet the demand of the market,especially the food grade wax contains lessoil.
