加氢精制反应器中烃类轻度加氢裂化反应的研究

摘    要:以脱除原料中硫、氮、氧、金属和芳烃部分饱和为目的的加氢精制反应器中也存在着烃类轻度的加氢裂化反应。介绍了原料经采用Mo-Ni/Al2O3催化剂的工业加氢精制反应器中原料沸程和组成变化的情况,分析了精制反应器中空速和温度对烃类加氢裂化反应的影响。

Abstract:The main reactions in the hydrofining reactor include desulfurization, denitrification,deoxidation and partial saturation of aromatics as well, however, cracking reaction is also occurred to asmall extent. The variation of boiling range and composition of hydrofining effluents in a commercial hydrofining reactor with Mo-Ni/Al2O3 catalyst was investigated. The effects of space velocity and reactiontemperature on hydrocarbon conversion were also studied.
