高压加氢裂化精制催化剂的应用研究

摘    要:主要介绍RN-1催化剂作为高压加氢裂化精制段催化剂的试验研究结果。与国外精制催化剂的对比评价结果表明,RN-1催化剂的相对脱氮活性要比参比剂高30个百分点,而操作温度低10℃,并且有良好的稳定性和再生性能,中型全循环试验结果与工艺装置数据吻合。RN-1催化剂在高压加氢裂化工艺中应用是可行的。

Abstract:The application of RN-1 catalyst as a hydrofining catalyst in high pressure hydrocracker is introduced.In comparison with a reference hydrofining catalyst produced from abroad,the evaluation result showed that the denitrification activity of RN-1 catalyst was 30 % higher and the operationtemperature was 10 oC lower than those of the reference catalyst, and RN-1 also showed high stability andgood regeneration performance.The commercial result was in conformity with the data of the pilot plant inrecycle mode.RN-1 catalyst is proposed to use in high pressure hydrocrackers as a hydrofining catalyst.
