催化裂化装置烟气轮机节能的几个问题

摘    要:催化裂化装置的烟气轮机对装置和炼油厂节能起着重要作用。从节能和经济角度出发,提出了节能量及节能效益计算方法;烟气轮机工程项目动态投资回收期的简化计算方法;烟气负荷率对烟气轮机功率回收的影响及其估算方法。提出提高烟气轮机功回收率的途径为:提高烟气温度;调整CO燃烧流程,提高烟气轮机入口烟气温度;增加烟气流量;提高再生器操作压力。

Abstract:The fine gas expander of FCCU plays an important role in energy conservation of the unit and the refinery as well. On the basis of energy conservation and economic analysis,the estimation of the amount and the benefit of energy conservationl a simple calculating method of dynamic investment return period on the flue gas expander; and the effect and evaluation of the flue gas load rate on power recovery are proposed. The suggested paths for enhancing the power recovery of the flue gas expander are: raising the flue gas inlet temperature; adjusting the CO combustion procedure, increasing the flue gas rate; and heightening the regenerator pressure, etc.
