新型条状重整催化剂的性能

摘    要:3932、3933催化剂是中国石化研究院新近研制开发的两种条状铂铼重整催化剂。实验室研究结果表明,与国外同类型条状催化剂相比,3932、3933催化剂强度高、中孔分布集中、铂金属的热稳定性好。中型试验装置的评价结果表明,3932、3933催化剂较国外对比催化剂的催化性能优异,与国产球形重整催化剂CB-6、CB-7相当。工业应用试验的初期标定结果显示,3932、3933催化剂具有良好的催化活性和选择性。

Abstract:and 3933 are two types of extruded Pt-Re reforming catalysts developed byRIPP in recent years. The results of a series of experiments indicated that 3932 and 3933 catalysts hadhigher mechanical strength, better medium pore distribution and better thermal stability compared withother extruded Pt-Re reforming catalysts in the world market. The results of the pilot plant tests showedthat 3932 and CB-6, the domestic spheric reforming catalyst were about on the same level in catalytic performance. The same result was obtained in comparing 3933 with CB-7. Compared with the reference extruded reforming catalysts in the world market, 3932 and 3933 also showed better catalytic properties.3932 and 3933 have exhibited excellent catalytic performance in the commercial reforming unit.
