海外火电项目建安造价管理的几个核心问题

新世纪以来,国内的各类电力建设单位都越来越多地参与到国际电力建设项目中来,而现阶段国内承建单位所能够进入的市场,均非特别专业、规范的成熟建设市场,所以对参建单位的包括造价管理在内的各项基础管理能力提出了较之国内市场更为严格的要求。本文从合约规划、中期支付以及BIM建模等3个方面对海外电力项目的造价管理进行了初步地探讨。

Core Issues of Cost Management of Overseas Thermal Power Projects

Since the new millennium, more and more Chiese companies have undertaken or been involved in overseas power projects in countries or regiones where the construction market is not professional nor standardized. This is a challenge to those companies who have to face and deal with more crucial daily and routine issues for project implementation especially the cost control and management. This paper introduces three major aspects of cost management of overseas thermal power projects i.e. model of contracts, interim payment and BIM technics.
