铋熔炼反射炉进出料系统结构优化研究

摘    要:针对铋熔炼反射炉进出料系统存在的问题,介绍了铋熔炼反射炉进出料系统结构优化研究的原理、方案,并对比分析了实施效果。实践证明,通过反射炉进出料系统结构优化,简化了操作、提高了工艺稳定性和作业效率,对同类反射炉熔炼生产有较好的借鉴意义。

Abstract:In view of the problems in reverberatory furnace feeding system in bismuth smelting, the paper introduces in detail the principle and schenme of the optimization study about the feeding system structure, and analyzes the effect of implementation. Practice has proved that through the optimization of the structure, it improves the process stability and efficiency, and has a good reference significance for similar reverberatory furnace smelting production.
