从金银生产的钠碱渣回收碲的研究

摘    要:采用水浸-中和方法从金银生产过程中产生的钠碱渣回收TeO2,得到纯度大于99.5%的精制TeO2。精制TeO2采用碱溶-电解的方法制备碲,得到品位为99.995%的碲锭。该方法所得产品质量高,设备简单,工艺可行,绿色环保,经济效益显著。

Abstract:Water leaching-neutralizing processes have been introduced to prepare TeO2 from alkaline residue of gold and silver production, and the fineness of recovered TeO2 is more than 99.5 %. Moreover, alkali dissolution and electrolysis have been introduced to prepare tellurium, and the fineness of recovered tellurium ingot is more than 99. 995 %. This is a method with high quality propery of the product, uncomplicated equipment, simple flowsheet, green environmental protection, and its economic benefits are also obvious.
