高频-红外碳硫分析仪测定精锑中的硫

摘    要:介绍了采用HW2000型高频红外碳硫分析仪测定精锑中硫的含量,确定了对样品称样量、助熔剂种类及用量等测定条件进行优化的试验,用国家标准物质验证了方法准确度和精密度,相对误差(RE)小于0.10%,相对标准偏差RSD小于3.0%(n=6)。用该仪器测定精锑中硫的分析结果与标准值相符合,且方法操作简单、准确、分析周期短,已应用于某公司实际生产工作。

Abstract:This article has introduced the determination of sulfur in ring antimony by the HW2000 high frequency in- frared carbon sulfur analyzer, determined the optimized sample said determination conditions and so on type quantity, flux type and amount by the experiment, and has confirmed the method accuracy and the accuracy with the national standards material. The relative error(RE) is smaller than 0. 10%, the relatively standard deviation RSD is smaller than 3% (n = 6). The analysis results with this instrument conform to the normal value, and the method has simple operation and is accurate, the analysis cycle is short, which has been applied in the company actual productive work.
