| 摘 要： | 通过分析特钢企业的生产特点，在将业务流程以订单为中心进行重组的基础上。对业务过程进行了规划，建立了基于ISPS（产销一体化体系）的钢铁行业企业生产经营模式，并且以此为核心建立起基于J2EE架构的Web应用服务程序——管理信息系统的软件框架，并进行了系统功能设计和实现。
