摘    要:为了满足深井油区中后期开发的需要 ,研制成功CYJY16— 5 4— 89HF/B型异相游梁异相曲柄复合平衡抽油机。抽油机结构设计采用异相曲柄平衡和异相游梁平衡 ;游梁平衡重重心到游梁旋转中心连线与游梁后臂的夹角λ =2 2° ,游梁平衡重质量 6 5 0 0kg ,游梁平衡重最大平衡力臂 4 2 15mm ,最小平衡力臂 2 6 6 6mm ;曲柄偏置角τ =- 7° ,曲柄平衡重最大平衡扭矩 2 0 3kN·m ,游梁平衡重的平衡效应占总平衡效应 (曲柄水平时 )的 37%。

Abstract:A compound balancing pumping unit with phased walking beam and phased crank, Model CYJY 16-5.4-89HF/B pumping unit, is developed to meet the need of oil production in deep wells in the medium and later period of oil field development. The unit is equipped with 6 500kg beam counterbalance whose maximum and minimum balance arms of force are respectively 4 215mm and 2 666mm. The phased angle between the rear arm and the connecting line from mass center of beam counterbalance to rotation center of walking beam is 22°.The phased angle of the crank counterbalance is-7°. The maximum balance torque of the crank counterbalance is 203kN·m
