湛江市区绿地系统现状及其发展对策初探

湛江市有较好的绿化基础,1991年率先成为广东省绿化达标城市,它参照“园林城市”的标准,借鉴先进城市的经验,并结合本市的实际情况,形成了突出海岸线特色的点、线、面相结合的绿化体系。但也存在一些问题,例如绿地布局不合理,公共绿地占城市用地比例偏低,绿地规划缺乏生态意识,而且滞后于社会发展。为此建议,今后绿地规划建设应该强化与城市建设同步,加快公共绿地建设,重视培育生物多样性,创建特色景观,发展城市大园林。

The Current Situation of Landscape and Preliminary Discussion on Improving Countermeasures in Zhanjiang City

Zhanjiang city had a good foun-dation of plant coverage and was the first green city in Guangdong Province in1991.Zhanjiang city also shaped a comprehen-sive greening system with coastal charac-teristics after comparing to the standards of"garden-city",drawing on the experi-ence of others advanced cities and taking its actual conditions into consideration.However,there were still some problems,such as the disproportionate distribution of landscape,the low rate of public land-scape coverage in urban land usage,the lack for ecological consideration in land-scape planning and lagging behind the social development.In order to deal with these major problems,it was suggested that the issues,including keeping pace be-tween landscape planning and urban con-structions,accelerating public landscape constructions,focusing on biodiversities,shaping characteristic landscapes,and in-creasing diversities and complexities of ur-ban garden,should be addressed.
