摘    要:介绍了锦州石化公司柴油加氢改质装置首次器外再生及再生后的应用,并与再生前及新鲜催化剂进行了比较。结果表明,器外再生不但避免了器内再生过程的设备腐蚀等问题,而且再生后RN-10催化剂的活性明显提高。

Abstract:The first ex-situ regeneration and commercial application of RN-10 hydrotreating catalyst for upgrading of diesel oil in PetroChina Jinzhou Petrochemical Company were reported. Comparison was made among regenerated, to-be-regenerated and fresh catalyst. The results showed that ex-situ regeneration not only avoided the problem of erosion of regeneration apparatus with in-situ regeneration, but remarkably enhanced activity of the catalyst after regeneration as well.
