摘    要:新鲜的催化裂化催化剂活性高且不稳定,不能反映其在应用中的情况,目前普遍采用新鲜催化剂在高温水蒸气条件下处理一段时间后,再测定其活性的评价方法。水热旋转老化装置是一种新型的老化装置,其特点是多个催化剂样品在水平旋转状态下同时进行老化,实验结果表明,旋转老化重复性好,效率高。进行同种催化剂8个样品老化时,测得老化后催化剂活性的平行误差不大于1%。旋转老化与微反活性评价配合,可以提高裂化催化剂的评价效率和准确性。

Abstract:Since the micro-activity (MA) of fresh FCC catalyst is high and unstable, fresh catalyst is usually deactivated by hydrothermal treatment prior to MA testing. Deactivation and testing are the two important steps in a successful evaluation of FCC catalyst. In this paper, a novel rotating hydrothermal deactivation apparatus is introduced. Several (6~12) catalyst samples can be treated simultaneously and rotated horizontally. Test results show that the data reproducibility of MA test and rotating deactivation is good: when testing the MA of 8 treated samples from a same catalyst, the parallel error is less than 1%. Using said rotating deactivation apparatus can significantly improve the efficiency and accuracy of FCC catalyst evaluation.
