高炉中心加焦对气流分布及煤气利用的影响

摘    要:中心加焦可以减小中心区域的矿焦比,增加中心气流强度,形成倒V形软熔带,提高料柱的透气性;由于中心气流中CO含量高,焦炭的溶损少,颗粒进入炉缸时保持较大的粒度,提高死焦堆的透气透液性。中心加焦对高炉操作有很多积极作用,但中心加焦也会减小中心气流的利用率,提高燃料比。当中心加焦过量时,高炉内的气流分布出现异常,因此需要研究合理的中心加焦量以及中心加焦方式。利用Ergun公式,对不同中心加焦量条件下,高炉内的煤气分布、压差变化等参数进行计算,并根据煤气分布情况简单计算了中心加焦对高炉内煤气利用率的影响。根据计算分析结果,对高炉中心加焦量及中心加焦方式进行讨论。研究结果可以为实际高炉中心加焦操作提供理论参考。

Abstract:The central coke charging can decrease the ore to coke ratio and increase the gas flow rate of the blast furnace (BF) center, to form the inverse V-shape cohesive zone and improve the permeability of the packed bed. Because the CO content high and coke solution loss low, the cokes can keep the diameter after they drop into the hearth and improve the permeability of the deadman. But the central coke charging can decrease the utilization of the gas flow and increase the fuel rate. When the central coke was too more, the gas distribution may abnormal, so it is necessary to discuss the central coke ratio and central coke charging methods. The gas distribution and pressure drop were calculated under different central coke ratio by Ergun equation, and the gas utilization influence was analyzed based on the gas distribution. Based on the calculated result, the central coke ratio and central coke charging methods was discussed. The result can provide the theoretical reference for BF operation.
