模糊控制在锅炉给水控制系统中的应用

摘    要:针对汽包锅炉给水过程的特点,介绍一种模糊自调整PID控制方法,通过控制给水阀的开度来调节给水流量,采用模糊自调整PID控制实现流量的闭环控制。针对普通PID的特点,对模糊自调整PID控制进行对比探讨,采用的仿真工具为MATLAB/SIMULIK软件及模糊工具箱,结果表明,与常规PID控制器相比,模糊自适应PID控制具有更小的超调量、更快的动态响应、良好的稳定性及更强的抗干扰特性,取得优于传统PID控制的效果。

Abstract:For the characteristics of feed water process of drum boiler, a fuzzy self-tuning PID control method is introduced. The water flow opening is regulated by controlling the water supply valve, and the closed-loop control of flow is achieved by fuzzy self-tuning PID control. Simulation results show that compared with the conventional PID controller ,the fuzzy adaptive PID control is of smaller overshoot, faster dynamic response, better stability and stronger anti-interference characteristics, which obtains results superior to the traditional PID control.
