大采高综采工作面过老巷技术实践

摘    要:根据C203工作面实际开采情况制定了过东大巷技术方案,通过方案对比决定采用搭顶铺底的方式过东大巷。根据该方案要求,综合考虑现场实际,提出了必要的安全技术措施,确保了C203工作面在过老巷时的安全连续回采作业。C203工作面过老巷的成功实践,为今后综采工作面过老巷积累了丰富的经验,同时为相似条件下的综采工作面过老巷也提供了一定的理论和实践依据。

Abstract:The technical proposal for crossing the east roadway was developed according to the actual mining conditions of C203 mining face, and the way of building roof and laying foundation was determined to be taken after the contrast of programs. According to the requirements of the proposal, considering the actual situation of the site, the necessary technical safety measures were put forward, which ensured the safe continuous mining operations in crossing old roadway for C203 mining face. The successful practice has accumulated a wealth of experience for crossing old roadway by fully mechanized mining face in future, and also provided certain theoretical and practical basis for crossing old roadway by fully mechanized mining face under similar conditions.
