摘    要:生产建材用HRB400热轧带肋钢筋过程中,由于钢坯合金元素含量接近内控标准下限而可能导致部分批号钢筋力学性能偏低甚至不满足国家标准要求,为寻求不增加合金元素含量的替代方法,以降低成本,进行了气雾冷却工艺生产HRB400热轧带肋钢筋组织与力学性能的试验研究。研究结果表明,在不增加合金元素含量的前提下,采用气雾冷却工艺,可细化钢筋表层组织晶粒,提高钢筋屈服强度10 MPa;可避免钢筋表面起泡现象的产生,有利于提高钢筋的表面质量。

Abstract:The dosage of the alloys of billet was close to internal control standard limit due to mechanical properties of partial number HRB400 hot-rolled ribbed bars were low and even did not meet the requirements of the national standard. To search an alternative way without increasing the dosage of the alloys as well as the production cost, a study of spray cooling technology for HRB400 hot-rolled ribbed steel bars was carried out and good results in property improvement were obtained. The results show that the application of spray cooling can refine the surface texture grains of the bars, thereby resulting in the yield strength increases by 10MPa; and can prevent the surface froth of the ribbed bars leading to the better surface quality of the product, without increasing the dosage of the alloys as a prerequisite.
