深井软岩巷道底鼓机理及其控制措施

摘    要:详细分析了引起3117工作面回采顺槽的主要因素,从开采实践出发,提出采用注浆锚杆+底板注浆的方法控制底鼓,同时注意巷道积水的疏排。结果表明,通过该方案的实施,有效地控制了该工作面回风巷底鼓,实测底鼓量仅为底板未支护前的26%左右。

Abstract:Analyzes the main factors causing crossheading in extraction of 3117 mining face in detail, and proposes that use grouting anchor + floor grouting methods to control the floor heave and pay attention to the drainage of stagnant water of roadway based on the mining practice. The results showed that the implementation of the program effectively controlled the floor heave of air return roadway of the working face, and the measured amount of floor heave was only about 26 percent of the floor before supporting.
