| 摘 要： | 俗称“小上海”的北新椒街是台州市椒江区仅存的的一条从清朝末年延续下来的传统商业街,属于一处蕴涵着丰富历史信息的风土街区,该文从北椒街的历史和现状入手,并提出保护与利用的概念与构想。
