基于LabVIEW的旋臂水池远程测控系统开发

摘    要:旋臂水池试验台是一套用于测量船舶水动力系数的试验设备,传统的试验台不能进行买时监控,而且对旋臂转动和船模姿态没有进行综合控制,需要多人通过对讲机进行控制,效率低而且容易出现误操作.为改善试验性能,基于NI公司的相关硬件和LabvIEW软件开发平台,设计了一套基于虚拟仪器技术的远程测控系统,该系统包括了数据采集子系统和综合控制管理子系统.初步试验表明该系统使用方便,提高了效率.

Abstract:The bench of arm basin is a sort of experimental facility which is used to test the hydrodynamic coefficients of ship,the conventional experimental device can not execute real time display,and can not execute the synthetical control for arm and ship stance,so many people control them with interphone,finally,the efficiency of tests is very low and the testing operators make mistakes easily.To improve the performance,a sort of remote measurement control system based on virtual instrument of NI is developed.It includes two parts,the data acquisition subsystem and the synthetical control and management subsystem.The test shows that the system is very convenient,the testing efficiency is also increased.
