摘    要:燃料电池气体分配箱包括进气简与密封罩两部份,是连接气源与燃料电池组不可缺少的中间装置.气体分配箱的流道结构设计是否合理,对进入燃料电池组的气流量有重要影响.对现有的五种气体分配箱进行了结构分析,利用FLUENT软件对它们的内部流场进行了数值模拟.分析了气体分配箱的进气筒截面形状(圆柱型、圆台型、扩压型)、尺寸大小,进口数目(单进口、双进口)以及进气速度对气体均匀化效果的影响,得出扩压型双进口对均匀化最有利的结後论,此外,适当增加进气速度也有利于气体流场的均匀化.

Abstract:The fuel cell air inlet manifold, which joins air resource and fuel cell together, includes air-inlet and distributor. It is very important that whether the structure of the air manifold is designed properly, and it affects the flux of the air inlet quite a lot. The structures of five kinds of gas manifold were analyzed, and their internal flow fields were simulated by using the Fluent software. The factors which affected the distribution of the gas in it, such as shape (column, frustum of a cone?expanded), parameters of cross section, number of inlet and velocity of inlet, were studied. The results show that an expanded manifold with two inlet works better than other ones, otherwise, increasing the velocity of the inlet properly also do good to the distribution of gas flow field.
