| 摘 要： | 经济增长方式由粗放型向集约型转变，是我国经济发展的客观必然。但如若转变速度过快，会使经济增长对劳动力的有效需求相对减少，进一步加剧我国目前严峻的劳动就业形势。应根据不同的地区、产业确定不同的转变速度，提高劳动者素质，拓宽就业渠道，缓解就业矛盾。

| Abstract: | It's ohjectively necessare for economic growth style to change from extension to intension. However, if the speed is too fast, the growth of economy relatively decreases the effective requlrement for labor foree, and further dsteriorates the grim employment situation in our country at present. According to different areas and industry,our country should estabish relevant change speeds,in order to improve the labour's qtality,widen the employment ways and mitigate the employment contradiction . |
