摘    要:本文以5轴数控联动铣削混流式叶片的实际加工过程为依据,详细地论述了混流式叶片加工的工艺、卡具和刀具的准备、加工时叶片的装卡、测量、铣削和检查的全过程以及在加工中应给予重视的一些问题。

Abstract:On the basis of 5 axis simultaneous NC milling practice for Francis runner blade,the technological process, preparation of fixtures and tools, procedure concering measuring and controlling are described in detail in this paper, some key problems during machining are also mentioned.
