水力旋流器在油田高含水生产中的应用

摘    要:水力放流器按工作方式和结构可分为固定式和旋转式两种,介绍了固定式和旋转式水力旋流器的结构及工作原理,主要介绍两种水力旋流分离技术及其在高含水油田生产中的应用。水力旋流器结构紧凑,处理量大、效果好。试验证明,在高含水油田地面建设中,可以水力旋流器为主要设备,构成采出液预分离、原油脱水和采出水处理一条龙工艺流程,可替代常规的一次沉降脱水设备。

Abstract:This article mainly introduces two kinds (stationary and rotary) of hydrocyclone separation technology and its application in high water cut oil field. The structure of hydrocyclones are compact,treating amount is large and exallent in effect, Tests prove that it can be used as the main facilities in high water cut oilfield and it has formed a continuous line including produced fluid preseparation, crude dehydration, and produced water pretreatment etc- The conventional once completed instal1ation of settling-dehydration can be replaced by the hydrocyclone.
