基于PC104的航空发动机频谱分析仪设计

摘    要:针对航空发动机复杂振动信号难以检测和提取的问题,设计了一种基于PC104总线技术的便携式频谱分析仪。硬件部分以PC104模块为核心,通过自行设计的信号调理电路,实现了对8路振动信号和2路转速信号的采集,其中4路振动信号被ICP传感器采集,提高了采集信号的信噪比;软件部分基于LabWindows/CVI虚拟仪器开发平台设计,采用模块化的设计思想,实现了数据采集、处理、分析和存储等功能。实际应用表明,该设备运行稳定、可靠性好,能够及时、准确地反映出发动机中存在的故障。

Abstract:Based on PC104 bus technology,a frequency spectrum analyzer with high performance and convenience was designed to solve the problem of measurement,acquisition and analysis of the vibrant signal in aeroengine.The nucleus of the hardware was PC104 module.Acquisition of eight-channel vibration signals and two-channel rotate speed signals was achieved by means of self-designed signal condition circuit.And four-channel vibration signals are acquired by ICP transducers,which increased the signal-to-noise ratio of the acquired signals.The software,which achieved the functions like data acquisition,processing,analysis and storage by using modularize design thought,was based on the LabWindows/CVI virtual instrument.The practical application shows that the equipment has good stabilization and reliability.It can be used to detect the faults in aeroengines immediately and exactly.
