液压冲击器的独立无级调节控制方法

摘    要:在分析目前液压冲击器控制方法的基础上,提出了一种新型的独立无级控制方法,即采用压力反馈控制来实现液压冲击器冲击能与冲击频率的独立无级调节控制,阐述了其结构与工作原理,采用该控制方法的新型液压冲击器能适应各种工况的需要,降低能耗,提高工作效益。

Abstract:In the paper,by analyzing the present hydraulic impactor the pressure feedbackcontrol method of hydraulic impactor is put forward, that is, the strike energy andfrequency can be adjusted independently and steplessly. The structure and operationprinciple of a new kind hydraulic impactor are introduced. The new kind of hydraulicimpactor can be operated under various conditions with decreasing energy lost andimproving operation efficiency.
