| 摘 要： | 现阶段制约我国居民消费需求的主要因素是收入因素,因此要扩大居民消费需求,应主要从收入方面寻找对策.具体说来,一是要想方设法提高居民收入水平,尤其是要努力增加广大农民的收入,推动农村居民消费结构升级;二是要大力调整分配格局,平衡居民收入差距;三是要努力改善就业环境,完善社会保障制度,稳定居民收支预期.

| Abstract: | Income is one of the main factors affecting households' consumption expenditure. Therefore we should seek policies from point of view of income in order to increase households' consumption expenditure. The following measures should be taken: first, contrive ways to increase personal income especially farmers' personal income and then the consumption structure in rural areas can be upgraded; second, adjust the distribution patterns, narrow the personal income differences; third, improve employment environment and social welfare system in order to stabilize households' expectation about income and expenditure. |
