大规模非并网风电系统开发与应用

摘    要:风电并网是目前世界上大规模风电场的唯一应用方式,但由于风的高度不稳定性,导致风电大幅度波动,风电在电网中的贡献率难以超过10%。文中介绍了大规模非并网风电直接应用的原创性思路,即大规模风电不并入电网,直接应用于一系列能适应风电特性的终端用户。非并网风电系统中的风力机较常规风力机结构得到优化、风能利用效率显著提高、大幅度降低风电成本,并阐述了下一步需要解决的问题和研究方向。

Abstract:Grid integration is now the only application method of large-scale wind energy in the world. However, due to the fluctuation of wind speed resulting in significant fluctuations of wind power, wind power penetration limit is hard to reach beyond 10%. This paper introduces an original idea about the direct application of large-scale non-grid-connected wind power, i.e., large scale wind power will not be connected into the power grid but directly applied to a series of the end-users adapting to the characteristic of wind power. The configuration of the non-grid-connected wind power system is optimized, and the utilization efficiency is improved significantly, and therefore the cost of wind power is decreased remarkably. It also addresses the problems to be solved and research directions for the next step.
