含水原油黏度对电潜泵性能影响的室内试验研究

摘    要:电潜泵是海上油田实现高速开采的一种非常重要而又有效的机采设备。合理配备电潜泵对整个油田 ,尤其是对绥中 36 1这样的稠油油田的开发、生产及其经济效益 ,有着非常重要的意义。过去采用API推荐方法计算的结果与现场实际有很大出入 ,但现场试验的不可控因素多、费用高 ,且难以得到可靠的试验结果 ,因此进行室内试验研究非常必要。以不同温度条件下不同含水体积分数的脱气原油 /水体系为介质 ,对 3种不同型号的电潜泵进行泵性能室内试验研究 ,获得了不同于API方法的可靠数据。

Abstract:Electrical submersible pump (ESP) is a very popular, important and effective artificial lift method for offshore oilfield to produce at high speed, however,rational use of ESP is very important in the development,production and economic benefit of the whole oil field,especially the viscous oil field such as SZ 361.The calculating result with the method recommended by the American Petroleum Institute (API) is far away from the field practice,and the field test study is costly and difficult to obtain reliable result due to a lot of uncontrolled factors.Therefore,it is very necessary to run lab test study.The lab test study on the affection of fluid viscosity to ESP performance has been run with 3 types of pump in the condition of watered crude as pumping medium at different watercut and temperature,meanwhile,the reliable result has been obtained and they are different from the API's.
