基于RTW的微位移实验平台的研制

摘    要:介绍了一种基于Matlab/Simulink/RTW控制的微位移实验平台的组成与原理、机械结构、电气组成、软件环境、平台实验及数据拟合。将Realtime Windows Target与控制算法相结合,实现了微位移工作台的精确定位,已经在实验中取得很好的定位效果。

Abstract:This paper studies a kind of microdisplacement experiment platform based on RTW. Its composition and working principle are explained. This paper also presents mechanical structure, electric parts, software, platform experiment and data catering. Combining the Real - time Windows Target and arithmetic controlling,this system has achieved precise orientation of micro - displacement. This system has been applied in experits.
