摘 要: | 以微细铣削数控机床的运动控制为研究对象,采用基于PC加PMAC运动控制卡构成的开放式数控系统和Windows作为数控系统的软件开发平台,开发了基于PC机的开放式三轴微铣削机床数控系统,该系统采用模块化思想,主要工作包括手摇脉冲发生器驱动模块、G代码转换模块、刀轨仿真模块、超程控制等模块的设计,具有很强的可操作性及较高的开放性和实用价值.
