芦荟大黄素在不同溶剂体系中的光谱特性研究

摘    要:目的:检测芦荟大黄素在不同溶剂体系中的光谱特性,为芦荟大黄素的光动力学研究提供试验资料.方法:用紫外可见分光光度计和荧光分光光度计测定芦荟大黄素在二甲基亚砜,生理盐水,人血白蛋白中的吸收光谱和荧光光谱.结果;芦荟大黄素在二甲基亚砜,生理盐水,人血白蛋白中最大吸收波长分别为415nm、421nm、420nm,荧光最大激发波长为422nm、435nm、426nm,荧光最大发射波长为583nm、575nm、580nm.

Abstract:Objective:To detect the spectral properties of aloe-emodin in different solvents,and provide the experimental data for the photodynamic study of aloe-emodin.Methods:Determination of the absorption band and fluorescence spectrum of aloe-emodin respectively in dimethyl sulphoxide (DMSO),normal sodium (NS) and Human serum albumin (HSA) by spectrophotometer and fluorospectrophotometer.Result:Respectively the results in DMSO,NS and HSA are as follows:the absorption maximum wavelength (W/L) is 415 nm,421 nm,420 nm.The maximum fluorescence exciting wavelength (W/L) is 422 nm,435 nm, 426 nm.The maximum fluorescence emission wavelength (W/L) is 583 nm,575 nm,580 nm.
