摘    要:根据渣油热裂解反应的规律及工业延迟焦化过程的特点 ,建立了延迟焦化十一集总反应动力学动态机理模型 ,编制了可以动态模拟工业延迟焦化过程的模拟优化软件DCLK ,该软件可以体现工业延迟焦化装置的非稳态性等特点 ,能够预测焦炭塔一个操作周期内任意时刻的产品产率和焦炭塔内各物料的即时组成 ,模型的计算结果与装置的实际生产数据非常接近 ,基本反映了延迟焦化过程的规律 ,可用于对焦化工艺过程进行模拟与优化。

Abstract:According to the principles of residue thermal cracking and characteristics of commercial delayed coking process,a 11 lumped kinetic model for delayed coking has been established and a simulation optimization software,DCLK which can simulate commercial delayed coking process dynamically programmed.The software can reflect unsteady features of the unit and predict the product yield and real-time composition of each material in the coke drum.The results of the model have approached the practical data,reflected the basic principles of delayed coking process and can be applied to the simulation and optimization of the coking process.
