| 摘 要： | 编辑工作是一项繁琐细致且时效性很强的工作,为了提高工作效率,应用计算机数据库技术,设计并开发了学报编辑部管理系统.通过试运行发现该系统功能齐全、操作方便、实用性强,对提高期刊编辑工作的现代化管理水平起到了一定的作用.

| Abstract: | Editorial work is overloaded with details and calls for high-efficiency. In order to improve working efficiency, computer dbase technology is utilized in designing and developing the Management System for Editorial Department of Journal. This system has all the necessary functions, a good practicability, and is convenient for operation. It plays an important role in improving the management level of editorial work. |
