Abstract:The helicopter hydraulic system provides hydraulic energy to the main and tail rotor control actuators.To ensure flight reliability,when the main hydraulic system fails and causes pressure loss,the backup hydraulic system replaces the main system to provide hydraulic energy to the control system.The hydraulic control automatic switching module is a combined reversing valve block that ensures the oil circuit switching between the main and backup hydraulic systems.The main structural parameters of the module are analyzed and calculated,so that the pilot valve changes direction before the main valve to ensure that the switching module realizes the automatic and smooth switching of the main backup system within the range of the pressure rise and fall requirements of the main system.AMESim software is used to establish a simulation model of the main backup system switching,and conducts static and dynamic simulation analysis of the switching process.The simulation results prove the validity and rationality of the design.
