摘    要:捣固机是捣固炼焦的核心设备,其锤体运行参数与煤墙质量紧密相关.传统的人工检测方法测量精度和效率都较低,无法满足现代高效生产的需求.针对此问题,提出一种新的捣固锤工作参数自动测量方法和测量装置.该装置以加速度传感器为主要元件嵌入捣固锤,实时测量锤体的加速度值,并通过计算机系统的数值运算获取捣固锤的速度、行程等运行参数.利...

Abstract:Tamping machine is the core equipment of tamping coking,and its hammer operating parameters are closely related to the quality of coal walls.The traditional manual detection methods have low measurement accuracy and low efficiency,which cannot meet the needs of the modern high-efficiency production.Aiming to the problem,a new automatic measuring method and device for working parameters of tamping hammer is proposed.The device takes the acceleration sensor as the main component and is embedded on the tamping hammer to measure its real-time acceleration value.Based on this value,the tamping hammer working parameters of velocity andstroke are numerically calculated by the computer system.The calculated parameters are then transmitted to the tamping machine control system via wireless communication,so as to realize the real-time automatic monitoring and control of tamping.Furthermore,a maglev shock self-generating component is designed by using the linear motion of tamping hammer,realizing the long-term power supply for the embedded measuring device.Field test results show that the proposed device can meet the actual work requirements for automatically measuring the tamping hammer motion parameters.
