| 摘 要： | 介绍了Modbus协议的来源以及该协议的通信过程和功能代码等技术规范.根据某化学公司染料车间生产自动化的要求,设计了一套基于Modbus通信协议的工控通信软件.利用该软件实现了涂料车间总控制室上位机对车间PLC的检测与控制.

| Abstract: | Modbus protocol is a protocol which provides client/server communication between devices on different types of buses or networks.In this paper,some technology criteria are introduced.In a large chemical firm's dope workshop,MODBUS SDK which is developed by C++ language is applied to communicate between industrial computer and PLC.Consequently,traditional manual work is replaced by computer control.In addition,the reliability and automation level of the system is promoted greatly. |
